Each order is dispatched directly by the farmer you ordered from. Fish Nest does not store stock or ship anything itself. Delivery timelines, packing, and the courier used are arranged by the farmer.
An estimated courier charge is shown at checkout based on the destination (local vs interstate) and item weight. This estimate helps you plan; the final shipping arrangement and any difference is settled with the farmer.
Delivery time depends on the farmer's location, your location, and the courier. The farmer can share an expected delivery/ETA when they dispatch. Live animals are usually sent quickly and may use express services.
For updates on your specific order, contact the farmer directly (the order details are shared with them on WhatsApp). Your order status also updates in your account when the farmer marks it dispatched.
Farmers list across India. Whether a particular farmer can deliver to your pincode depends on the farmer and courier availability.
